Panhellenic Recruitment Counselors (Pi Rho Chis or PRCs) are enthusiastic members of the Panhellenic community who guide potential new members (PNMs) through the recruitment process. They disaffiliate until the end of Formal Recruitment in order to provide the unbiased guidance necessary to help each PNM find the chapter that suits her best, and in doing so, help each chapter recruit a strong new member class united by common values.
Throughout the fall term and the formal recruitment period, PRCs meet regularly with PNMs. They strive to provide empathetic, objective, and values-consious advice. PRCs are knowledgeable about each of the five MIT sororities and the formal recruitment process. They are the potential new members' greatest resource for impartial information about the Panhellenic community.
