Welcome to the website for the Zeta Mu Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta!

Our chapter was founded in 1991 and consists of approximately 130 women who have all found a home in Kappa Alpha Theta.

We pride ourselves on being a values-based organization of roughly 130 women, each of whom has found Theta to be a home-away-from-home at MIT. Since our chapter's founding 20 years ago, our sisters have been involved all across campus and beyond. Whether they're excelling in the classroom, volunteering at local schools, or serving as leaders within their community, Thetas are everywhere. We are involved in athletics, research, activism, and the arts. We are engineers, humanities scholars, and scientists. We are more diverse and balanced here than I could possibly describe, and we are genuinely down-to-earth. Above all, we are a thriving community, united by the bonds of Theta sisterhood.

We invite you to explore our website and learn about the amazing women of Kappa Alpha Theta here at MIT.

Theta Love and Mine,
Clare Frigo
Chapter CEO

thetakite3 Why are some girls' faces covered up by these kites?
These girls are Panhellenic Recruitment Counselors, otherwise known as Pi Rho Chis (PRCs), for Recruitment 2012. Each PRC is an unbiased, disaffiliated sorority member who is ready to discuss and answer questions about recruitment or sororities in general. She is there to act as a counselor, advisor, and friend to potential new members.
